Mekanex is supplier of mechanical and electro mechanical components for industrial applications. We are specialized in linear motion components, electric motors and power transmission components. We supply our customers in the three Nordic and to an increasing extent in the Baltic countries with products manufactured in Europe and overseas.

We work in long term cooperation with our core suppliers. This together with our substantial stock enables us to give our customers the kind of reliable service that is required by modern JIT-based industry. Machine manufacturers will often benefit from our joined experience and get invaluable advice in designing more profitable applications.

Mekanex is symbolised by a gear, a fundamental element of traditional engineering. Gears have been a significant part of our business from the very beginning, as have been many of the other power transmission equipment. We are also pioneers in the linear motion products. We were one of the first to launch sales of linear guideways in Sweden in the early 1970’s. Today we offer our customers a comprehensive range of products for guiding and driving linear motion.

Concentrating within these two sections of mechanical engineering products we keep building up our know how and expanding our product range, thus being able to keep offering our customers the optimum solution for their application.
