The year has begun in a world characterized by uncertainty and rapid changes. At the same time, Mekanex had a strong first quarter with increased order intake and many rewarding customer meetings. 2026 is also a special year as Mekanex celebrates its 65th anniversary.

Our new laser marking machine makes it easier to mark components for identification. We can now mark parts with serial numbers, QR codes and logos directly on the products. Our sales engineer Jonas Björndal shows how the marking works.

In 2026, Mekanex Maskin AB turns 65 years old. But our story began much earlier, in a toy store on Drottninggatan in Stockholm, Sweden where technical construction sets from Meccano helped designers develop prototypes for Swedish industry.
